School Visits

 Visiting your School lion

The Koori Centre runs an Information Program for primary and secondary schools. A representative of the Koori Centre will, at your request, visit your school to provide Indigenous students with information on a wide range of courses offered by the University of Sydney, enrolments, student support, Koori Centre Indigenous Programs including the Cadigal Special Entry Program, facilities, scholarships and accommodation. This program is offered to all schools in rural NSW and the Sydney metropolitan area.

The Koori Centre also provides the opportunity for primary and secondary schools to visit the Centre through a pre arranged time with the Community Liaison Officer or other staff members. Students are given a tour of the Koori Centre, introduced to staff members, provided with an information package and taken through the Information Program.

The University of Sydney has many other interesting places such as galleries, museums or Faculties that schools may wish to visit through pre-arranged agreements.
